Portabubbles Terms and Conditions of Hire

By accepting delivery of the hot tub and/or gazebo, the hirer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Hot Tub Usage Guidelines

 

1. Footwear & Objects: Do not enter the hot tub wearing shoes, carrying sharp objects, or placing personal furniture (e.g., chairs) inside the tub.

2. Cover Handling: Always remove and store the hot tub cover carefully. Never jump into the hot tub. Test the water temperature before entering to ensure it is safe and comfortable.

3. Temperature Control: The hot tub maintains its temperature automatically. However, prolonged use or leaving the cover off can reduce the water temperature. Replacing the cover will help restore the desired heat. Note: outdoor temperatures may affect performance.

4. Children: Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Lower the water temperature for child use.

5. Temperature Limits: Do not remain in the hot tub for more than 15 minutes at temperatures exceeding 38°C.

6. Health Warnings: Pregnant individuals or those with heart conditions, circulatory issues, diabetes, or blood pressure concerns should consult a doctor before using the hot tub.

7. Hygiene: All users must shower before entering the hot tub.

Liability and Damages

1. The hirer is responsible for the equipment for the duration of the hire. This includes liability for loss, theft, or damage.

2. Misuse of equipment may incur a £30.00 call-out fee if a fault is reported and found to be caused by user error.

3. If we are unable to collect the equipment on the agreed date due to access issues, a £30.00 daily charge will apply until collection is possible.

4. Any damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow these terms must be paid for in full.

5. The hirer acknowledges that the use of the hot tub is at their own risk.

Cleaning 
Once finished with your hot tub hire turn off from mains. Our team will come drain and then clean the hot tub package before loading it back onto the van. Power and water supply will be needed in order to complete this .

Gazebo Usage Guidelines
Weather Conditions: If high winds occur (above 40 mph), we recommend vacating the gazebo and not using it until conditions improve. Use discretion and prioritise safety at all times.

Keep Gazebo closed at night, this will help with retaining the heat in the hot tub
No sharp objects are allowed inside the gazebo.

Responsibility Acknowledgement
The person accepting these terms and conditions is fully responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from misuse of the hot tub or gazebo equipment during the hire period.
