When the hot tub is delivered, do we have to set it up?No, we will come and set up and take down everything for you. We try not to disturb you as we understand how hectic life can be. However, we will need to go through things with you to help you on delivery to understand how things work.

How do you get the water into the hot tub?Portabubbles always prefer to connect to your inside water supply instead of using you're outside tap. Reason being is that we are able to then fill the hot tub with warm water instead of cold. This means the hot tub requires little, to no time for the hot tub to heat up to good temperature. Also doesn't cost you electric. Don't worry we will do this for you and leave the hot water connection with you until collection in case you ever need to top up the water back up. If you fill the hot tub with cold water it will take 24-32 hours to heat up. Portabubbles always deliver the hot tubs in advance so none of this goes into your paid time.

What access is required for installation?For Inflatable hot tubs: So long as you can get an wheely bin through that's more than enough space for us to get our equipment through. However we can still squeeze through tighter spaces if needed. For Solid Hot Tubs: For solid hot tubs 83cm wide and 2m in height clearance is required. Hot tubs are rolled into position so any tight turnings or corners will mean delivery won’t be possible. Upon booking we will always ask for video regarding access for both types of hot tubs.

How much space do i require for the hot tub?We will require the following space for each package: Hot tub only: 2.5m x 2.5m Silver package: 3m x 3m Gold package: 3m x 3m Platinum package: 4.5m x 3m Diamond Package: 6m x 3m

What type of surface can the hot tub go on?Any type of surface so long as it’s flat and level.

What happens if I damage the hot tub?We will have to investigate what the reason for the damage is and advise. If found to be from misuse, you will be charged in full for any damages.

Do you provide chemicals?Our team is trained in water safety when it comes to pools and hot tubs. We will provide everything you need to keep your water sanitised, which is important if you or any of your guest don't want to get infections.

How do I get my deposit back?Your deposit is returned in cash on the day of collection after an inspection to check there is no damages. Please note any damages may make your deposit non-refundable.

How do you empty the water out the hot tubOnce you have finished with your hot tub feel free to turn everything off. On collection day we will then come and sort everything out for you and pack it away. We tend to drain the water into your nearest outside drain. We can drain the water anywhere within 15m. If you dont have a drain within 15m drop us a message and we will explain how we will drain the water for you.

Are you insured?Yes we carry £3 Million worth of public liability, however as per our terms and conditions we cannot be held liable for any injuries caused whilst the hot tub is in your care. Our public liability covers us against set up faults or faulty equipment.
